Is it possible to see a list of all customizations made by customizer/admin?

To things like forms, workflows etc. It could be all changes to a Solution? I know about the audit history but not sure if it can show only system changes.

Thanks in advance,

    Nice Harihar,

TFS is good tool for you if you want to develop using custom code.

But not the solution component such as Entity form, processes, etc.

Web Resource yes you can use TFS to store the .js file or Silverlight for example, as long as the user use the source from TFS.

    Great examples Aileen.

I would like to add one other area we could track based on the organization development  process.

We could use Code version tool (TFS or Clear Case) - maintain the versions. Mostly useful in VS development and Web Resources.

    Hi Chon,

Yes, correct, there is no audit and tracking for Customization.

But, If you are in development server and create your new component there as unmanaged solution, you can see the customization (new components) in the solution component list, for me to identify it is system or not, usually use two indication.

    1. The state is Unmanaged (it happened if you are creating new solution or imported undamaged solution)

This is a good identification to let us know our new customization.

    2. For the entity name or fields, you can see if the prefix is started with new_ or any uncommon prefix that you set under your Solution Publisher or default publisher, then you can use it as identification as well.

This is also for Web Resources, etc.

You can see here, the Unmanaged status + the prefix

    3. Custom Icon for entities

You can see this as identification as well. New custom entities usually start with custom icon.

    4. And for the Form and Workflow you can see the 'Unmanaged' status.

But, for the detail changes, you can't track let's say you change the order of position in the Form.

    Hope this helps you, Chon!

Hi, audit doesn't apply to metadata changes

    crmbusiness.wordpress.com/.../crm-2013-mb2-703-quick-overview-of-auditing

customizations are saved to this database table: SystemForm and SystemFormBase

if you see, that entity is not customizable and there is no field like published by, only published when
