CRM 2016: MS WORD Document Template using IF statement (XML Mapping)

Hi All,

Please provide the possible solution for this issue.

I have a Word Document Template (MS CRM Dynamics 2016) but I need to include a IF statement to check if the value of new_optabloodgroup has a "+" or "-". It seems that I can not link it using the XML Mapping. Does XML Mapping works with the QuickPart tools in MS WORD?

Logic: IF new_optabloodgroup contains "+" shows "Positive" ELSE "Negative".

Thank you.

You can create  a calculated field on the entity and set the value based on your above condition and then use that field in your template
