Edit in Excel - New Web Service

Hi,

I created a new web service for the page 104 - Row definition. Then, i go into Excel and use the design to refer to this new page 104. I am able to refresh and pull data out to EXCEL, make changes and publish back to Row Definition.

But, the web service is only pulling out the rows belonging to the first row definition code. 

What is missing? Why the web service is unable to pull out all data from this page? 

All advise is greatly appreciated.
