Hi,

I have 2 questions regarding whatsapp cloud API integration with Business Central as stated below:

1. whatsapp template is rejected every time why so?

2. not able to add breakline (/) in text message but / working on Postman. but not in Business Central Code.

Sorry I haven't tried the WhatsApp and Business Central integration, there are the following app on AppSource, I think you can try to contact them.
