1. Bug Description:
I am encountering a 403 error while running a Power Automate cloud flow connected to Business Central. The user account used for the connection has Super permissions without a specific company assigned in the User Permission set in Business Central. However, the error message indicates that the license does not grant Modify permissions for TableData 79 (Company Information).
2. Steps to Reproduce:
Created a Power Automate flow that interacts with Business Central’s Company Information (TableData 79).
The user account used for the connection has Super permissions.
When the flow triggers and attempts to modify the Company Information table, the following error is returned:
{
"status": 403,
"message": "ErrorCode: Internal_ServerError Your license does not grant you the following permissions on TableData 79 Company Information: Modify.\r\n\r\nTo view details about your permissions, see the Effective Permissions page. Questions:
Could this be a limitation in the specific environment where Power Automate is executing, despite having Super permissions in Business Central?
Are there additional setup steps required in Power Automate to elevate permissions for flows interacting with Business Central?
Does the specific action on TableData 79 require permissions beyond those included in the Super permission set?
Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, especially regarding possible license or integration limitations.
