Reprinting of receipts is shrunk in half

All receipts and reports are printing just fine but when we do a shift f11 I think, it prints but the receipt only prints on half the paper. It is all shrunk together on one half. It is not cut off in any way that I can tell. Any thoughts no how to resovle this weird issue? Thanks.

    The issue is due to the default printer not being the receipt printer, We had this issue for 18 months before figuring this out,
