We need a bit more detail here...it sounds like you have not give the system enough information either so that it knows where to send.....whatever.
What are you trying to do?
What window?
What version of GP?

SOP invoice - hit print - to screen - then next to print button there is a Send to button which enabled me to send to pdf so i could email the invoice. Now that Send to button is greyed out for some reason.

The 'Send To' button is only enabled when you have Acrobat Distiller or Acrobat Pdf Writer installed on the machine. It does not support at this stage other pdf writer applications.
However, wait for other feedback from our peers if they manage to discover a work around on this design limitation.

I do have those installed and I was able to use this feature not too long ago, but for some reason it stopped working.
