How to import "RMS XML" file into Quickbooks

I have exported accounts data from Microsoft RMS HQ using "RMS XML" option (i.e. Conifguration-> accounting -> RMS XML). Later i configured GL accounts and posted transactions data using "Admin->Post Closed Batches" option in an XML file, that contains all debit, credit information.

Now i want to import XML file containing RMS posting data in Quickbooks. But I'm not sure if Quickbooks can directly load/import RMS XML file or not. Please guide.

    Hello Tariq,

    Thank you for your questions.

Have you tried the steps in this article? :

How to integrate QuickBooks with Microsoft Dynamics Retail Management System Store Operations

Let us know if that helps or if you have any other questions.

    Hello,

Why would Store Operations 2.0 have the ability to integrate with QuickBooks and not Headquarters 2.0???

I have several locations, with one accountant at Main HQ. All I need is for the batches from each store to populate into Quickbooks. Is this at all possible, even if we use the RMS XML feature?

    Thanks!

    Hello Marcelo,

You can post closed batches into XML files from Headquarters Manager.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
