Unable to check "Price Includes VAT" option?

I have just added some new products and I am trying to check the "Price Includes VAT" option but it is not letting me do it. I don't understand why this has happened as it did not say this before as I have existing products checked with this option, but trying to uncheck/check them throws this error too?

I have filled in  the default option "Domestic" in the Sales & Receivables Setup like the default demo environment, however this still throws up the error?

Validation Results
VAT Bus. Posting Gr. (Price) must have a value in Sales & Receivables Setup: Primary Key=. It cannot be zero or empty.

    Hello,

    A few setup questions... Have you setup, off the General Ledger Setup page, your VAT Bus. Posting Group and VAT Prod. Posting Group and Tax Posting Setup? In addition, based on the error message, you will need to setup the VAT Bus. Posting Gr. (Price) too. Check these setups to make sure they are present and test setting the Price Includes VAT field after.

    Hi Steve,

    Many thanks for your help on that, after further investigation I looked more into how the demo "CRONUS UK Ltd" company was set up and exported the items from that.

    It seems the "VAT Bus. Posting Gr. (Price)" is one of those fields that needs to be set against the product.

    So I added this in as "Domestic" for all of them and then refreshed and then that allowed me to update the "Price Includes VAT" field.

    Great catch and resolving the issue. Yes, the Item also relates back to the VAT Bus. Posting Gr. (Price) field which links back to the VAT Posting Setup combination.
