Error with Non administration login

Hi,

I am new to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.I am not able to execute the application with a non administrator login.The same application I am able to execute with administrator's login.Below is the error attached.

CCA: DESKTOP_ERR_FATAL_ERROR:A possibly fatal error has occurred. The application may now exit.
Microsoft.Practices.CompositeUI.EventBroker.EventTopicException: One or more exceptions occurred while firing the topic 'topic://RequestDefaultAction'

I am using CRM Premise.I am logging in on a desktop from a user logged in Active Directory which is been used by CRM application.

The User with the same credentials has a role of CSR in a team(named CCFUser) with Full Cal.

The team and user both have acccess to all hosted applications.

I am using IE 9.0 browser in Protection mode on.

This is more likely an issue with Customer Care Accelerator (CCA). In your case if yes, then please open a support case with Microsoft as this required analysis and more search to find the root cause.

Is this user a Deployment Administrator?

If not, can you add the user to the Deployment Administrators list via the Deployment Manager on the CRM Server?
