CISCO Integration with Dynamic CRM

Hi everyone,

I want to integrate my Dynamic CRM On-Prem with CISCO.The following features should be included in this integration:

  • Screen pops: Opens contact records and creates new phone call activity records as calls are placed or received 
  • Click-to-dial: Supports the Click-to-Dial feature from a Microsoft CRM contact record

  • Call duration tracking: Tracks the duration of phone calls and associates them with phone activity records

  • Call information capture: Captures incoming and outgoing call information, including calling number, called number, and call start and end times

  • Customer record creation: Easily creates a new CRM customer record when a new customer call arrives

    As some of you may already know that these are the features of  Cisco Unified Call-connector for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. My first approach was to use this tool but this connector is now obsolete.Any one of you know other tools that easily integrate the CISCO and Dynamic CRM without effecting the performance of Dynamic CRM?

    Any kind of help/suggestions will be appreciated.

    Hello, hussainahmad!

    Better check Tenfold. It's a 3rd party CTI that can integrate Dynamics CRM with Cisco.

    And yes, its features include all of the things you listed. Tenfold has a great floating UI (screen pop) that can show you relevant customer information. It also has a click-to-dial feature, automatic call logging, easy task creation (with natural language processing), a call analytics dashboard, and more.

    Hussain Ahmad, Check out https://www.amctechnology.com/solutions/microsoft-dynamics/.  It offers the all features you mention for Cisco UCM, UCCE, and UCCX, and also has great reporting, routing of work items, and support for USD and HTML interfaces.

    You can easily get these features in an MS Dynamics CTI connector. It connects your MS Dynamics environment with a telephony system such as Cisco Finesse, in your case. If looking for some advanced features, go for NovelVox's Smart CTI Connector, which offers most of the features mentioned above as standard, along with additional integration & customization per your varied business needs.
