Cache Issue: Updated/Created records in CRM are not getting updated in portal.

Newly updated/created records are not getting updated. These records in portal are updating only when we clear cache using _services/about url or portal restart.

in the entity properties, make sure you select the "change tracking" option

Hi Oliver,

I've tried change tracking but still issue was not resolved. When refresh updated records in crm are reflected in portal.

the following thread suggest re-activating the old "Web Notifications" plugin and setup your entity there

although the Change Tracking option should be enough
