Hi Experts,
The only option that we get while trying to attach file to Notes in Mobile App is Images i.e. Gallery ?
Can we attach pdf or any other files ?

Unfortunately this is not an answer, i just happen to have the same Issue - the mobile app only allows pictures when attaching a file to a note.
The same dialog on Desktop will allow any filetype, but on the phone I only get .jpg or .png-files to choose from.
Is there a way to change this?

Tablet app for Windows will allow attaching files else we are limited to attaching images.
