I have been getting several calls from RMS users that are getting their tsys credit card transactions blocked by Windows after a windows update. I started getting calls around 9-14-16 about this issue. All the calls are from customers using Windows 10. Most of the time I can solve the problem by navigating to Recovery in Windows 10 and selecting Go back to an earlier Build. After the earlier build is restored, the tsys cards start working again. I have one customer that does not have the option to restore to an earlier build because more than 10 days has past since the new build was installed and I cannot figure out how to solve this problem.
