Consuming Liquid Code from Web Page in Entity Form

Hi,

I have Liquid code on Web Page A, which queries data and stores them into variables.

Web Page A houses Entity Form A.

Is it possible to consume the Liquid code variables of Web Page A in the custom JavaScript section of Entity Form A?

If so, what is the pattern/approach?

Cheers

    I haven't tried that exact scenario.. but it should work as it would be rendered in the same page.. make sure you are adding the liquid in the Content Web Page and not the Root one

    try the following syntax to retrieve the Liquid variable:

    var variableName = '{{ liquidVariableName }}';

    I've tried exactly that and it breaks the embedded Entity Form all together, e.g. lookup fields no longer work on the Entity Form.

    So currently I am wondering if there is a dedicated pattern to access the Liquid variables from the Web Page in the embedded Entity Form.

    When you say breaks the entity form, do you get any error? I have recently var userId = '{{ user.Id }}'; to get the logged in user id in entity form and it worked as expected.
