How to report the bug of function to Microsoft

Hello Everyone,

I have an issue posted here: https://community.dynamics.com/forums/thread/details/?threadid=ac197b24-90c3-f011-bbd3-000d3a110d16

I would like to report to Microsoft When I went to Admin Center to report, I only worked with AI Agent. I provided many things to AI but it did not give me an expected result

Could someone tell me what is the MS Support Email I can contact to

You can report problem in business cnetral screen or go to Admin Centre

If you are global admin then go to admin Center -> Support Request

If you have partner account
Partner Center → Support → Dynamics 365 → Business Central

You can raise ticket in three ways

Microsoft does not provide a support email for Business Central.

To contact real Microsoft Support, you must open a ticket through the official admin portals:

Microsoft 365 Admin Center: https://admin.microsoft.com → Support → New service request

Business Central Admin Center: https://businesscentral.dynamics.com/admin → select environment → Help & Support → Create support request

If you are a partner: https://partner.microsoft.com/support

The AI assistant in the Power Platform Admin Center does not create real support tickets.
