Local File as "Add Input" to a Power App Flow

Hi

I am using Flow to try to upload and process a file using Add input similar as below:

https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/52186.microsoft-flow-optional-input-for-a-selected-item-in-sharepoint-list.aspx

The file is a xlsx that I am looking to process for each - how I can do this ? (as xlsx online it's not an option in the step)
