Change a default Chart Type on Dashboards

Hello,

Newbie at this. I am trying to make a dashboard. I have created the view and the chart populates. However, when I select "Case Mix by Origin" it comes out as a default Bar Chart. I would rather have the chart in a Pie chart.

You need to create a chart for your dashboard > Navigate to your Solution > Open your entity > select the Charts Tab > Create your Pie chart using your view 'Case Mix by Origin'

Simon,

You must modify the chart. By default it is pie chart, but in case it has becoming the Bar chart, you can set it back to Pie chart.

You go to the Customization -> Customize the System

Then Entities -> Case -> Chart

Then find your 'Case mix by origin' chart:

Then open it

Click the Pie chart until you see the correct preview displayed

Then after that you need to save it and then publish all customization

Refresh it and hope this helps!
