I am getting an error when I try to create vendors.

    Hi, this seems to be related to the settings of Workflow. Please open the Workflow window and check the settings.

    Thanks Zhu. There was an under construction workflow that was enabled. Disabling it has resolved my issue.

    Help much appreciated.
