Hi all,

I have been customizing a PO Entry window but when I click the Menu of the window.I realized that it has some effects on the PO i.e. ADD an item,Display the creditor. How Do I bring the menu to VBA so that I can use the menu items in the codes. I am preventing editing to a po that has been approved. The Menus that are just above the save button are what I require in my VBA codes.

Kindly help its urgent.

The file, edit, tools.. menu options are what you refer? These cannot be edited, modified directly with VBA.

You could put validation into the window's events though, and achieve similar results. What are you trying to do?

Hi Joshua,

what I want to achieve is I want to block the item encircled in RED.

using VBA on condition that the PO is approved.

IF the PO is approved the menu should be disabled or locked from any user.
