We use advanced Warehousing. We want to receive batches where we can enter manually the expiry date. Now the system will use the default values on released products. How to setup the system to enter manually the expiry date?

    Hello,

I managed it by changing the parameter on the Tracking number group to "Manuel"

on the item model group associated with your item, tick the "Purchase registration" flag to yes.  This will kick the user to a new form when registering a batch tracked item on the warehouse app and allow you to manually input the "vendor expiration date" and tick a box to use this as the expiry date.

If you want to manually record the expiration date in the Warehouse mobile app, you need to make sure the Shelf life period in days field on the Item is empty.

    Hi,
I tried looking for a field similar to the expiration date in the warehouse management and released products pages but the system has no such field, and there is no checkbox for manual entry in the settings for mobile devices to perform this change. Therefore, this may not be standard behavior of the system.
This document describes the settings for mobile device menu items. You can simply browse:

    Best Regards,
    Hana
