Exporting All Fields for an Entity

Hi,

Can anyone advise if I can easily export all of the fields on an entity? I want to export all of the fields on the Contact form. I've looked at the Fields for the Contact in Settings/Customisations however can't see an export option. Any advice will be appreciated.

Can I ask, is the xrmtoolbox different from the xrmtoolkit?

Yes it's different. xrmtoolbox is an open source community driven solution that's freely available. XrmToolkit is a paid tool.
