Issue with License Plate Bar codes (D365)

Hi all,

Currently got an issue regarding the License Plate Bar code that I have setup. Before it was working fine, and for some strange reason, the bar code is scanning in, however the last four digits are not be recognised.

E.g. 000XX-0000003131

Currently have got it coded as the following:

^FX Barcode + License Plate
^FO20,300^BY2
^BCN,100,Y,N,N,N
^FD$LicensePlateId$^FS

^FX Box with information
^FO50,900^GB710,200,3^FS
^CF0,35
^FO100,950^FDTo: $WMSLocationIdTo$^FS
^FO100,1020^FDQty: $PackingQty$^FS
^CF0,190

^XZ

The bar code was larger however the scanner did not pick this up at all because the bar code ran off the page. I have made this smaller so the whole bar code fits on the label but for some reason the last four digits are not being recognised.

Any idea/previous experiences on this?

First check , whether your scanner is working properly , Scanners has some Adjustments , just try with scanner manual .

if it was working without issue previously just check scanner .Better you scan to Note pad or Excel and check whether its reading correctly as expected. also check and confirm your barcode settings in side system too.
