Hi, I got this error when I install report authoring extension, any idea?

A lot of people including myself have had trouble with this.
It seems like you have to install Visual Studio, Data Tools & Authoring Extension in the correct order and with the correct versions.

It's even more interesting.. I've seen it on my colleague's computer.. But, since he only needed it for 2015, we just deployed reporting extensions for 2015(setup worked fine). This particular error was only happening for 365.
I believe if nobody answered - nobody seen it.
