Need to track while purchase order created updated and cancelled

How can we transfer purchase order and lines details when a new purchase order created, updated to another system in xml format

    You can also use a data entity with target data format "XML"

    You can use the Business Events in combination with Power Automate.
    Out of the box there is a Business Event available, when the POs get confirmed:
