Dynamics 365 for Outlook Error FCB 'EnableRegionalDisco'

first, i downloaded office 2016 from my organization account.

and i download dynamics 365 for outlook version 9.0

www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

so i tried connection that error shows FCB ‘EnableRegionalDisco’ is disabled.

after i download and install update 1 version.

support.microsoft.com/.../dynamics-365-for-outlook-version-9-0-outlook-client-update-1-0-3aa63803-c017-419c-1328-8a96a4ad0899

but still same error shows and cannot connect it.

how can i fix it? for connect dynamics 365 from outlook?

crm version :

Microsoft Dynamics 365

2021 Release wave 1
Server Version: 9.2.21073.00130

Hi,

This is due in part to Microsoft powering down some legacy services.

Microsoft are now phasing out their Regional Discovery services for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (online) platform, in order to use their replacement Global Discovery service instead.

Deprecation of the regional Discovery Service and its replacement with the global Discovery Service | Microsoft Power Apps

Hey!

According to Important changes (deprecations) coming in Power Apps, Power Automate and customer engagement apps - Power Platform | Microsoft Docs, Dynamic 365 for Outlook is deprecated. There's a new app (I understand is the one you're deploying) Dynamics 365 App for Outlook. However this app has some requirements:

How to deploy Dynamics 365 App for Outlook | Microsoft Docs. Specially important is step number 2:

Dynamics 365 App for Outlook is an Outlook add-in that uses Exchange Web Services (EWS) to interact with Microsoft Exchange. This requires OAuth be enabled on Microsoft Exchange. For more information: Authentication and permission considerations for the makeEwsRequestAsync method.

Since this uses Exchange Web Services, oAuth must be enabled on Microsoft Exchange. Could you please verify this is met?
