Business Central Multiple Tier Customer Price Group

For Customer Price Group, I wanted to do it as in the left image. A customer can be assigned to multiple tiers with multiple treatments, but one treatment can only be assigned to one tier. Is it possible to do something like this? or is the right image the only way to implement this (manually list out all combinations in the customer price group table).
