We have a bit of a dilemma; we need to move the process of placing literature (brochure) orders from our CRM to GP, and that process includes the automation of printing the shipping label to a SATO printer, and a multi-part form to a Tally impact printer. Does anyone have any ideas when it comes to an order being placed in SOP, and that order triggers the automatic printing of these two items?
