Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word in BC

Hi team,
I have an onPremise installation where I am trying to use the /Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word/ dotnet that comes in the BC Addins folder itself.
When the line that instantiates /Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word.Application/ is executed, it gives an error:
 
 
I have tried with the 3 lines (Test1, Test2 and Test3) and it always gives me an error.
Does anyone have any ideas?
