Change lookup icon colour for custom entities

Hi all, does anyone know if there is a way to change the lookup icon colour for custom entites, in a similar way to the OOB entities?

I have tried both png and svg images, however it always remains the default dark grey colour it was created with.

As can be seen in this picture, the top icon is the OOB look up icon for account, which matches my theme in colour however my custom one is displayed as black.

Thanks in advance

RE: Change lookup icon colour for custom entities

    Hi Chris,

Color settings do not apply to lookup icons for custom entities.

With inspector, we can find that lookup icon of account is inherit from CRM icon set, (the most popular icon set is Font Awesome.)

However, only default OOB entities have pre-defined icons as their look up icon; while for custom entities, system will use their SVG icon file directly.

In other word, lookup icon of the default entities is drawn based on the font file, its color will be affected by theme/CSS, while lookup icon of custom entities is just an image.

    Additions:

Font file of CRM icon set is named "CRMMDL2.woff", it can be downloaded by searching it in developer tool.(Right click the tab and select 'Open in new tab')

We can find the source icon of Account in the woff file with font viewer.
