    Hi,

Test in an incognito/private browser window to rule out caching/extensions.

There have been a lot of reports from other users with this error so it seems like its a bug with printing reports.

I tried the preview feature  in the BC26.5 W1 environment and there was no such problem. Is it a bug in some versions? Or is this PDF file too large?

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.

    Hi,

This issue usually occurs due to browser rendering or session cache conflicts in Business Central 26.5, especially when opening report attachments.
    Workarounds:
    > Clear your browser cache and cookies, then retry.
    > Try opening the attachment in a different browser.
    > Export the report to PDF or Excel instead of previewing directly.
    > Close and reopen the BC session.

If the problem persists across multiple users, it may be a regression or service issue in version 26.5, and you should log a support ticket with Microsoft.

    Thanks

    Hi

It’s a known intermittent issue affecting some tenants recently. Try clearing cache, switching browsers, and using the standard layout. If multiple users are impacted, it’s likely Microsoft-side, and raising a support ticket is recommended

    Thanks
    Nimsara
