Report on List of Active CRM Users and their Last Activity Date.

Hi 

I'm trying to run a report to see a list of all active Microsoft Dynamics CRM user in our system. I want to see who has been assigned a CRM license and what date was their last activity (either creating a new record or modifying something in the CRM). This way I can evaluate which users aren't using the licenses fully so that I can redistribute their license to someone else in the organisation.

Could someone help in terms of what filter criterias, I'll need to run to get that report?

    Hi Mike,

    If you are in Latest Version of CRM online(8.1.0359) A good fit for you is Organization Insight Dashboard. Its shows the users Activity and adoptions in graphs.   The good article for this is https://community.dynamics.com/crm/b/innovatingoncrm/archive/2016/06/02/organization-insights-dashboard-metrics.

    For the licensing information you can Check Enabled user, disabled User and Disabled users Consuming CRM license View for the user

    Really appreciate the article link and it's very helpful. One quick question. I had a look at the Organization insights Dashboard and it is indeed helpful in seeing CRM Activity.

    I am also looking for a more drilled down report, specially a list of users so I can filter a view on who haven't used the CRM in the last <time frame> so I can reallocate the unused user licenses to another person in the organisation.

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Unfortunately There is nothing available Out of Box that can fulfill all the requirement. But Custom you can create. Your can follow  community.dynamics.com/.../118506
