Disable Open In Excel

Hi,

We would like to limit access to the Open / Edit In Excel feature in Business Central for certain users.  Is there a way to limit this functionality (perhaps via permissions) for certain users?  We tried to limit via an extension but the "Page" menu is not available in AL.

    The Edit in Excel is handled by ModifyAllowed property of the page.

    I don't think you can disable Open in Excel. Even if you can, user can just copy and paste.

    You cannot disable the open / Edit in Excel functionality
