**ERROR: Editing PO; Can't receive against --- But there is no one editing this PO....

IT – Great Plains;

Lori Collin at the VMC Clinic has a PO016153 that says it is locked by another user and I do not see this.  We are unable to process this invoice in Great Plains because GP believes this PO is being EDITED .  Can you please help with this or let me know what should/could be done.  

I have tried to “Reconcile” This PO in GP (attachment) and I have looked for any errors on the RCT032756 that is trying to be processed in the Purchasing Batch PC 11-11 LC.  I find nothing wrong beside the fast that GP thinks a user is editing this PO.  Thanks.

    The bottom line, the Purchase Order is being "accessed" by a certain user session. It is not necessarily that a certain user is really working on the Purchase Order, there could be a stock user session .

    To get this solved, run the following SQL statements with all the GP Users Out the System

    DELETE SY00800 
    DELETE         SY00801 
    DELETE         ACTIVITY
    DELETE DEX_LOCK 
    DELETE         DEX_SESSION
