Hello Experts,

I followed this link to set up cafex on my dynamics 365

I'm unable to see the chat window or button on the portal i created, this is the only problem I'm facing

I'm struggling from quite long

Hi partner,

After you installed the cafex successfully ,please follow my steps:

1.Login the cafex admin center from the email you received.

https://admin.na1.liveassistfor365.com/portal/.

2.Go to Get Started-> Chat ->Copy and the html code will be copy to your clipboard.

3.In D365, go to Portals->Content Snippets->Chat Widget Code, and copy the html to value.

Save and go back to D365 portal. The chat window will appear here.

You could also refer to the steps provided by Live Assist Cafex.

Yes i used my D365 credentials, but still it is displaying that error
