Upgrade Business Central on prem to cloud

Hope you are well.
 
I have a client that is on an on premises version of Business Central (Version: W1 18.0 (Platform 18.0.22893.23773 + Application 18.0.23013.23795)). We would like to upgrade an migrate to Cloud. 
The customer has one customization which we will replace with an existing extension, the customization does not need to be upgraded.
 
I would like to enquire how many hours or how will it take to perform the migration and upgrade. 
 
I would appreciate some guidance, please.

    Hi, the latest version is BC23. You mentioned that the extension does not need to be upgraded, but I think you at least tested whether it can run normally on BC23. What you need to spend on this depends on the complexity of your extension.
    Another issue is the amount of data. If the data in the standard and the data in the extension are very large, it will also take a lot of time.
    I'm sorry I can't give a specific number of hours, but I think you should propose more hours than expected.

    Hi sir,
     
    We're not sure exactly how long it will take to Upgrade Business Central on prem to cloud, there are a lot of factors that come into effect, such as your internet speed, the size of the data, and so on. As Yun Zhu mentioned, it should be a few hours.
