InsideSales.com alternatives for MS Dynamics? (MS Dynamics integrated Power Dialers)

My company recently attempted to sign with InsideSales and due an unforeseen roadblock, was not able to finalize the deal and I am currently pursuing alternative providers. I would greatly appreciate input regarding the vendors other teams have in place and what the experience has been like.

For some context, the goal is to have a sales acceleration solution in place that also integrates with our CRM in order to increase lead development and inside sales efficiency as well as to bring our reporting capabilities to the next level.

Some basic criteria we are seeking:
* Power dialer functionality (Critical)
* Ability to select a local area code (Optional but very nice)
* Integrates with MS Dynamics to ease the call list generation process as well as to log call activity (Critical)
* Gamification to promote internal competitiveness (Optional)
* User friendly reporting engine for sales managers to use (Optional)

Thank you in advance for any input you may have.

    Hi, we use Dynamics Telephony (www.dynamicstelephony.com). Very simple to set up a dialer campaign. You can use Personal Dialer Lists (2 clicks - just select the contacts/leads you want to call and click GO), - OR, you can use Shared Progressive Dialer that uses any CRM list (Quick Campaign, Marketing List, list-import, CRM Queues etc.)

    Hi,

    Were you able to find a solution for this? From what I've observed, predictive dialers can help your sales team to make more calls in a day but the downsides are first, it's complex to set up; and second, it will call a bunch of numbers then try to detect if a human answered. This creates a delay between an agent being connected to the human which annoys people and sends a message that they're not worth someones time to call them directly. So it's a question of quantity vs. quality. You can opt for a click to call feature that allows you to just click on a phone number and your phone system will immediately call that number. You can check out a company called Tenfold for this functionality. Tenfold offers integration for MS Dynamics and most phone systems available. They also offer other features such as screen pop up, easy note taking, task creation advance analytics and much more. You'll can find more info on this link

    Hi, the best option is Dynamics Telephony (www.dynamicstelephony.com). It is out-of-the box dialer fully integrated with MS CRM 2011, 2013, or 2015. It can connect to any PBX including SIP, Avaya, Cisco and Lync.

    I would be very interested to hear any gamification ideas you have for a dialer
