how to get lookup name from sql for crm premise 2013?

how to get lookup name from sql because i want display name in report but here system(crm) automatically saved as encrypted data in sql  .please find below screenshot file .here new_customer fields is encrypted but i want display names how it is possible ?if anyone know please help me

    Hi,

    This is how CRM stores lookup field value in GUID format in database table.
    Please use FilteredTableName (Filterednew_customerservicereport) from table name clause and use "new_CustomerName" column name to get text field value. (concate Name after column name)

    select new_Customer, new_CustomerName FROM Filterednew_customerservicereport.
    new_Customer will give you GUID of the lookup record.
    new_CustomerName will give you text of lookup record.
