Error with field's customized event

When I go to an opportunity product in tablet app i got the following error alert

"There was an error with this field's customized event.

Field:window

Event:load

Error:Cannot obtain property 'addOnChange' null reference"
I thought it was the JS on the form... then I delete the library, update the app and  I still getting the error
any ideas where I can find this Event?
Note: on desktop works normally

Looks like this is appearing on the onload event.  Double-check the JS you have added to the form that you are using - you have the option to uncheck the box next to "Enabled" for any handlers you have added.  Make sure none are enabled, save the form and publish, and try again to figure out which one it is.

Make sure the field that the JavaScript is referencing is available on the form you are using from the tablet.  JavaScript can't read a field that isn't exposed to the form.  It is also possible that your tablet doesn't support the JS.

Refer to this URL as well: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/30579.crm-2015-javascript-issues-with-tablet-ipad-and-etc.aspx

I would suggest go thru the javascript loading on above page.

Check all scripts are enabled and property written. check in JS editor for better view. (not missing any bracket)

    Happy JS coding

Hi Angela, you say that you deleted the library

First, did you save and publish the form.

Did you check that there are no other libraries that reference to (fields, tabs or sections) that are not present on the form.

This is error results if the form loads with J Script that references to fields that are not on the form.

Make sure that the field's 'Available on Phone' is checked.

I struggled with this same error on the Opportunity record twice!

The first time was after we got the Spring update in our sandbox.  This issue actually delayed us getting the spring update in our production environment because it was so difficult to identify.  I worked with Microsoft on it, but they didn't resolve it.

Our opportunity form was highly customized - partly from someone in the past using the Sonoma Partners solution to show/hide sections based on a field value in the form.  removing all the script didn't get rid of the error.  I ended up making a new form and replicating our custom form using nothing but OOTB functionality, no scripting and the error stopped.

Before you go to all that trouble though.....the second time this happened was no less annoying, but the resolution was easier.

We do monthly releases for enhancements and requested changes.  We've had a few releases since the Spring update to production and saw no issues.  At the beginning of this month, when I published a release, the opportunity error came back.

This time, I was able to resolve the issue much easier.  Since the Mobile App only wants to show 5 tabs, 75 fields and 10 lists, I don't think it will error if you have more unless there is something it needs to show a filed based on a field it can't show.  In our case, when opening the form in another device, the error referenced a problem with a null or undefined value in reference to the isrevenuesystemcalculated field.  In our form, the Est. Revenue field is in the header, but the Revenue field was not within the first 75 fields or 5 tabs.  Our users don't need to see that field, so it was at the bottom of the form in a hidden tab.

Once I moved the field up within the first 5 tabs, the error stopped.  Your issue may not be dependent on the same field, but it may be a similar issue where a field is dependent on another that can't load because it is beyond the number of allowed items on the mobile app.

Windows is the production of Microsoft which you install in your PC and then perform all your activities there. For getting the information regarding the error in loading window visit bestessays.com.au reviews and get to know the problems and solutions.
