We would like to track email template usage in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. Specifically we would like to identify emails that have used a particular email template over a period of time, and to follow up on those emails using a second email template.
Has anyone been able to successfully customize CRM 2011 to do this?
Would it be possible to capture the Email Template ID when the email template is selected, and then store the Email Template ID in the Email entity?
