Does anyone know what the field/column name is for "QTY to Deliver". It is nested in the "Line Items" area located on the "Sales Transaction Entry" form.

I don't have a Qty to Deliver field on Sales Transaction Entry; do you have any customisations loaded?
Not that I am aware of. You may need to "Show details" for the Line Items. Does that make sense?
It sounds like you have either a customization in your system or a 3rd party product bolted on. Which position in the expanded line info does your field occupy?
Using the sample DB, the red arrow is the field I am speaking of. I have found that it is ATYALLOC. I think that depending on the transaction type, the label may read as something other than 'QTY to Deliver'. Thanks.
The ATYALLOC field is the Quantity Allocated field and for the rest of us is called Qty to Invoice. You have some customization or third party product that has changed the text on the form. The field name in SQL should be QTYALLOC but it has been mispelled since the dawn of time with Dynamics GP. It is also possible that someone went into modifier and changed the prompt from QTY to Invoice to QTY to Deliver.
Thanks Richard. You may have some insight on another related question I posted within the past hour or so.
