
Our bank accounts used to be linked to our bank. Then, our bank had an online platform upgrade. After that, the links didn't work. I have unlinked and started the process over. However, I get this message while in the status area, it states Not Linked. Makes no sense. Any help would be great!
Hi, I guess that this is linked to either some localization or an extension, as I don't see "Bank Account Linking Status" in my system. I hope someone else who runs the same localization / extension may also get in contact. And meanwhile, you can use the page inspector to at least identify where the field comes from (and in turn maybe who else to contact). On the page, click "?" in the top right hand corner, then "Help & Support", and then "Inspect pages and data" (if the last option is not available, you may be running an older version of Business Central).
Then see on the right hand side if any extensions are loaded on the page. In this example I have an extension called BC150OP by "Default Publisher" (on top of the base application):
And since I am not familiar with the bank account linking, I suspect that you will have one or more extensions listed there, and that one of those publishers will know the answer to this.
