Installation of BC 14

Hello,

While installing the BC 14 I got these errors can anybody know how to solve these errors due to this I didn't these errors I am enable to get Developer Environment.  if anybody know please help me?

Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.

The service 'Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Server [BC140]' (MicrosoftDynamicsNavServer$BC140) failed to start. This can be caused by one of several issues. For example, the password for the account that runs the service may be incorrect, or there could be a conflict in port sharing for the port settings for the service, or you have specified that the port for the server should be opened in the Windows firewall even though the Windows firewall is not enabled on the computer. For more information, see the event viewer.

    Hello,

    For the first error:

    The service 'Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Server [BC140]' (MicrosoftDynamicsNavServer$BC140) failed to start

    Check the Application log. It should have an error here with details about why the service did not start. Part of the installation is to start the Service Tier, so when that fails the installation fails. The most common reason for failing is that some other BC Service is already running on the same machine with the same port. So a simple check, is to stop any BC Services before you run the installation.

    The second error, I can only suggest as it says, check if the file exists. I do have this file in my DVD

    "CU31\RoleTailoredClient\program files\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\140\RoleTailored Client\Add-ins\CodeViewer\CommonComponents\Microsoft.VisualStudio.UI.Text.Wpf.KeyProcessor.Implementation.dll"

    The DVD I happen to have at hand is BC14 CU31, so try downloading and installing from there.
