Franchisee and lead conversion

Franchise Level Account type needed.
- Scenario to explain a “Franchise” Layer, needed within the Account Hierarchy:
  - An Organization has 16 Sites, with two brothers running it.
  - The brothers decide to Split the organization, with each brother now running 8 sites.
  - These two new “Organizations” run independently, and have their own separate Opportunities, Contacts, etc.
  - They are Branded the Same, and would like to be treated as the same Organization for billing Purposes (Discounts, etc.) but run and function independently of each other.
- An Account Type Hierarchy Layer option between Organization (Parent) and Site (Child) would be the most suitable location for a Franchise Account Type.
- Account Hierarchy Scenario with a “Franchise” layer:
  - Organization > Franchise > Site Location
Lead to Opportunity Conversion

o Explore Options in Dynamics 365 for Additional Lead Conversion Paths, aside from converting a Lead Record Directly to an Opportunity.
