I am trying to hide and add some items under the Related Tab in Unified Interface. Is there a way to configure this in the Classic?

    Here?
In fact, Related tab provides access to the related entities.
To hide/remove items from Related Tab on the form then follow the below steps:

Settings > Customizations > Customize the system.

Expand Entities > Current entity(Lead) >Forms, open the current form.

Click 'Navigation', select one item you don't need , then click 'Remove'

Drag one from right pane to left pane, then it can be displayed under Related tab.

    Save and Publish.

I hope you can mark my answer verified if it answer your question! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Regards,
    Leah
