Hi All,

Is Dynamics 365 mobile-offline feature support custom entities in CRM?

    Hello Vijay,

    It's supported. You just have to enable it in entity's customization:

    HI Partner,

    Yes it is Supported, you can navigate to settings -> Customization -> customize my entities -> Select the entity and scroll down to outlook and mobile section to check and enable " Enable for mobile offline"

    Dynamics CRM supports CRUD for all custom entities in Mobile offline mode.

    The prerequisites are:
    Enable entities for mobile offline synchronization
    Create a mobile offline profile to determine what data will be available while offline
    Enable the app module for offline
