Hello Everyone !

Hope all of you are well. I want to send pictures of dashboard to specific user daily. So tell me is there any automation way to do this in Dynamics 365 crm like workflow or anyother thing else ?

    Hi,

    If your dashboard is one report, then you can achieve by doing some custom code. For this you need to write custom workflow activity which will render report to PDF or image using code and call this activity in workflow which will be executed on-demand or daily (Need some other logic to make scheduled workflow).

    If your dashboard has multiple reports, then might be you can put your dashboard into HTML web resource, and try to create image from html web resource using javascript 3rd party library which will be send to user.

    Hi

    As suggested by Mahadeo, normally it would be a scheduled report sent via email.

    If you definitely want to send screenshot of the dashboard with all the Changes and tiles as is, of the quickest solution would be to have a small console app running as a scheduled task.

    This tiny console app can use Selenium Web driver to open the page, take the screenshot and send it in email.
