I see there are quite a few tools for System Administrator to edit/manage/share users Personal Views in CRM. Are there similar tool for users Personal Dashboards ?

As a System Administrator, I want to be able to edit/manage/share users Personal Dashboards in CRM.

    Hi,

    Yes, when you will click on Share Dashboard you will get similar kind of option to share your user dashboard with others.

    That is not my question. I looking for a tool that can be connected to CRM using system administrator role and can fetch all personal dashboards in CRM by all users. And then when System Admin clicks on any one of them, he should be able to edit/share/assign to himself or other users.

    Check this - it is a similar tool for personal views

    Probably not as many.

    I am aware of the Dashboard Transfer Tool that is available as part of XrmToolBox, but there might be others.

    Ohh Ok, I don't think there is any, XrmToolBox one is to transfer it from one environment to another only, but never used it.

    Dashboard Transfer Tool helps you to transfer system and user dashboards between different environments. It doesn't help to view and manage them.

    Hi Mohammed ,

    i dont think there is any tool available - there is one to transfer dashboard from one org to another org using XRMtoolbox.

    But what i feel already out of the box dashboard functionality is pretty simple.

    OOB functionality is very simple but it does not allow System Administrator to see and manage other users Personal Dashboards.

    XrmToolBox doesn't have any such tool. Admin can see users dashboard.  There might be some workarounds if your instance is on premise. Like get the usersfilteredview etc.
