Has anyone done any application which integrates ip phone to MS CRM Dynamics 4.0

We are using Cisco Call Manager 7.1. 

I want to get caller id from call manager and open the contact card when agent answers the call.

    Cisco call manager has a component that will integrate with crm 4.0:
