Lack of Middle name field on main lead form in UCI

Hello,

I've encountered a bug in new UCI. I've put Middle name field on my lead main form, but this field isn't visible in main form in Sales Hub (new UCI). There is no problem in old UI. Does anyone know why it's happening?

Hi

I would double check if you have put the filed on the correct form.

You might have dropped the field on the Main form and it appears on the classic UI but the Unified Interface might be using the Interactive form

This seems MS bug , I tried in my instance same issue I am facing. Raise ticket to Microsoft please.

Hi

Its not a bug, you will have to set the name format in the settings area for it to work.

You can do from System Settings are as shown below

Or you can do from Power Admin Center as shown below

Yes, that worked, thanks!

Either way it's a very strange behaviour that this only works for leads, on contacts everything was fine from the beginning, new things learnt every day;)
